The Greatest Estate Developer (Korean: 역대급 영지 설계사, RR: Yeokdaegeup Yeongji Seolgyesa) is a fan-favorite Isekai, Fantasy, and Comedy manhwa based on the web novel by Lee Hyun-min. Illustrated by Kim Hyun-soo, it has gained a massive cult following for its unique premise, its "unhinged" protagonist, and some of the most hilariously expressive facial art in the medium.

The story follows Kim Suho, a civil engineering student who wakes up in the body of Lloyd Frontera, a lazy, alcoholic noble whose family is drowning in debt. Instead of using magic or swords to save his new life, Suho uses his real-world knowledge of Civil Engineering and Construction. He begins building bridges, heated flooring (Ondol), and sewer systems to transform his failing estate into a modern marvel. Accompanied by his incredibly handsome but perpetually suffering knight, Javier Asrahan, Lloyd sets out to become rich so he can live a life of pampered leisure—unaware that his "greedy" schemes keep accidentally saving the kingdom.
