Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba (Japanese: 鬼滅の刃, Hepburn: Kimetsu no Yaiba) is a global phenomenon and one of the best-selling manga series of all time. Created by Koyoharu Gotouge and serialized in Weekly Shōnen Jump from 2016 to 2020, it revitalized the "historical fantasy" genre with its breathtaking art, emotional sincerity, and traditional Japanese aesthetics.

The story is set in Taisho-era Japan and follows Tanjiro Kamado, a kind-hearted boy who returns home to find his family slaughtered by a demon.
