Spy x Family (Japanese: SPY×FAMILY) is a masterclass in Action-Comedy and Slice of Life created by Tatsuya Endo. The story is set in the rival nations of Westalis and Ostania. To maintain a fragile peace, the elite Westalian spy Twilight is tasked with "Operation Strix": he must infiltrate a social circle at an elite private school. To do this, he creates a fake identity as Loid Forger, a psychiatrist. However, he unknowingly adopts a daughter, Anya, who is a telepath, and enters into a sham marriage with Yor Briar, who is a deadly professional assassin known as the "Thorn Princess." None of them (except the mind-reading Anya) know each other's true identities, leading to a household built on secrets, misunderstandings, and genuine growing affection.
