Blend S (Japanese: ブレンド・S, Hepburn: Burendo Esu) is a beloved Comedy and Slice-of-Life manga created by Miyuki Nakayama. Serialized as a 4-panel (4-koma) manga from 2013 to 2022, it gained massive international fame following its 2017 anime adaptation, particularly for its iconic opening theme and the "S stands for..." meme.

The story follows Maika Sakuranomiya, a polite and well-meaning high school girl who has a major problem: she has naturally "scary" eyes. Whenever she tries to smile, she looks like a terrifying sadist. Because of this, she struggles to find a part-time job until she meets Dino, an Italian manager of a themed café called Stile. Dino is immediately smitten with her look and hires her to play the "Sadist" role for the café's customers.
